Our team is built on speed, communication, and results — and we're looking for a Loan Officer Assistant who thrives in a high-performance environment. Position Overview The Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) plays a critical role in supporting Loan Officers by managing files, communicating with clients, and ensuring loans move efficiently from application to closing. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities Assist Loan Officers with loan file setup, processing, and pipeline management Communicate with borrowers to collect documentation (income, assets, credit, etc.) Review loan files for completeness and accuracy before submission Work with processors, underwriters, and title companies to keep files moving Update clients and referral partners on loan status Manage CRM and keep notes/files organized Order third-party services (appraisals, title, etc.) Ensure deadlines and closing timelines are met Qualifications Previous mortgage or real estate experience preferred (LOA, processor, or LO experience) Familiarity with systems is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organized with ability to manage multiple files at once Detail-oriented and deadline-driven Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses per closed loan Opportunity for growth into Loan Officer role Supportive, team-driven culture High-volume environment with strong lead flow Why Join Us?
