Full Job Description Description:
Role:
This position is responsible for creating loan document packages for autos, recreational vehicles, VISAs and other consumer loan products, checking for accurate loan system set up, ensuring proper Blaze guidelines/procedures are followed and verifying sufficient loan collateral. This position also acts as a loan information resource to Blaze staff. Major Duties and Responsibilities Complete necessary loan closing procedures, verify documentation, and disburse loans to ensure underwriting requirements are met. Verify loan meets approval conditions and all stipulations have been accurately satisfied. Verify loan meets Consumer Lending Guidelines. Verify appropriate rate and term of loan product, completing calculations as necessary. Verify the Lender has collected appropriate documentation for the type of loan, checking for name and other accuracy. Provide support and input for employees when handling various lending situations. Answer member/staff inquiries and resolve routine problems. Act as a resource to Blaze employees for loan related questions. Provide support to the branch offices with the lending process, including loan closings, title work, documents, etc. Perform other duties as assigned to support effective lending operations. Complete follow up on loans that have closed to secure missing title work, documentation etc. Other Duties Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the

Requirements:
Experience/Education/Certifications/Licenses Minimum 1-2 years of similar or related experience. Minimum high School degree or equivalent. Demonstrated Knowledge Strong verbal and written communication skills. Computer skills including Microsoft products. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Communication Skills Ability to proactively respond to members/employees to problem solve based on guidelines; written communications are based on templates but can be modified. Physical Requirements Ability to sit and stand; answer calls; operate computer; interact with internal employees and members on the phone; travel to designated offices; lift up to 20 lbs. The salary range for this position is: $25.20 - $29.50. This range reflects the base salary for this position. We have other benefits associated with this position which include: low-cost medical (as low as $20 a paycheck), dental insurance, vision insurance, quarterly bonuses, generous vacation and sick time hours, paid leave options, up to 6% 401k contribution, and tuition reimbursement.
