Has strong understanding of the overall flow of Loan Administration and the resources the department maintains. Amidst the other tasks, this role serves as primary mentor to Doc Processor I associates and assists in teaching, auditing, reviewing internal training material. How you'll spend your time: Demonstrates general knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word) Demonstrates strong attention to detail Demonstrates good verbal and written communication skills Demonstrates ability to multi-task and prioritize conflicting demands Demonstrates good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others Knowledge and understanding of loan documentation Knowledge and understanding of bank loan policy and regulatory compliance Knowledge and understanding of corporate organizational documentation Good understanding of Article 9 Experience using Laser Pro documentation software Good understanding of Trust organization documents Understanding of organizational documents for limited liability companies and corporations Understanding of pledging and perfection of all Collateral types We're excited to talk with you if: High School Diploma or Equivalent 2 years of Commercial, Consumer, & Real Estate loan processing experience Previous experience with loan documentation software Bonus Points if you have: 5 years of Commercial, Consumer & Real Estate loan processing experience Experience using Laser Pro documentation software This position was posted on 08/25/2026. Compensation Range:
