On‑site at our NVR Mortgage office About the Role As a Mortgage Disclosure Specialist, you'll ensure homebuyers receive accurate, timely loan documents—no mortgage experience needed, as we provide full training. If you enjoy detailed, organized work and supporting great customer service, this role offers a supportive team environment and a strong foundation for a long‑term career in mortgage operations, compliance, or loan processing. What You'll Do Review important loan documents to ensure all required disclosures are complete and correct. Send disclosures to customers within required timelines to keep the loan process moving smoothly. Manage your daily workflow, keeping your task queue organized so deadlines are consistently met. Stay up to date on internal guidelines and industry requirements (training provided!).
