Technical Proficiency Full Job Description Indirect Auto Loan Processor General Summary:

$500 Hiring Bonus after 6 months of employment First Nebraska Credit Union has full-time position available at 10655 Bedford Ave, Omaha NE. Position Description:

This position requires direct interaction with local car dealers to coordinate auto financing for members at the dealership. Responsible for setup and distribution of approved loans.

Primary Duties Include:

Communicate with Underwriters for approvals and with Dealers regarding status of loan applications in queue or missing documentation. Coordinate approved loan boarding process which includes reviewing the application for completeness and ensuring all required documents have been obtained. Finalize the setup of the new loan and disperse funds to the dealer. Compile and maintain a complete list of all outstanding title work. Complete all post-closing activities, including title tracking and welcome letters to new members.

Qualifications:

High School graduate Minimum 1 - 3 years processing/servicing experience with auto loans required. Must be very detail-oriented, have good time management and be capable of multi-tasking a variety of duties. Possess excellent typing and PC skills including Word and Excel. Be able to demonstrate strong communication skills and professional manner.
