Full Job Description Position:
Loan Processor Location:
Headquarters (132nd & Pacific St)
Hours:
Monday through Friday, 9am to 5:30pm. Rotating Saturday's from 9am to 1pm (about once a month).
General Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to assist Centris Federal Credit Union in our mission to be a trusted life-long financial partner. Audit all loan documents to ensure proper documentation is obtained, meets requirements and printed in a timely manner.
Essential Responsibilities:
Promote and model the Centris Vision, Mission, Values and Team Principles. Provide unparalleled service to both internal and external members in accordance with the Centris Service Promises. Create and/or develop relationships with internal and external members. Serve members by identifying needs, recommending and selling appropriate products or services. Audit system approved, underwriting approved and home equity loans for required disclosures, verifications, payoff information and underwriting stipulations prior to funding. Order and audit supporting documentation, collateral description and valuation. Prepare and print all loan documents and complete funding of indirect loans. Gather supporting information and create legal documents for Subordination Agreements, trusts and Good Faith Estimates. Coordinate loan closing dates and complete HMDA reporting for home equity loans.
Job Requirements:
Technical Skills and Experience Requirement Must have a High School degree or equivalent. Must have one year financial experience. Must have one year experience working with loan documents. People Skills Requirement Must have the ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment. Must be able to effectively communicate with members, staff, vendors, financial intuitions and other business contacts. Physical Skills Requirement Must be able to effectively access and interpret computer screens, documents, and reports. Must be able to operate general office equipment. Must be able to accurately enter data 120 keystrokes per minute. Must be able to accurately key numbers 100 keystrokes per minute. Other Requirements Must report to work regularly and on time. Must be able to work the hours necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
