The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing mortgage loan applications and facilitating smooth transactions for our clients. .Responsibilities:
Application Processing:
Review and analyze mortgage loan applications for completeness and accuracy.Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, loan officers, and underwriters throughout the loan processing lifecycle, providing updates and addressing inquiries. Effectively communicating progress and identifying potential bottlenecks.Documentation Management:
Organize and maintain loan files, ensuring that all documentation is properly filed and retrievable, and that all deadlines are met.Collaboration:
Work closely with underwriting departments to facilitate timely loan approvals and address any conditions or requests from underwriters.Customer Service:
