Bilingual Production Partner

We are hiring a bilingual Production Partner (Spanish + English) to work directly with a top producer in Las Vegas. This is not a typical 9-5 position. It is a growth opportunity for someone who wants to learn quickly, take ownership, and build a strong career in the mortgage industry.

What you will do:

Assist with loan applications and support borrowers throughout the loan process Collect, organize, and review borrower documents for completeness and accuracy Review credit reports, income documentation, and financial information Calculate borrower income accurately and identify items needed to move the file forward Read, understand, and apply lending guidelines and program requirements Help structure basic loan scenarios and review available program options with the Loan Officer Proactively follow up with clients, real estate agents, referral partners, and internal team members Support pipeline management and help keep loans progressing toward closing Collaborate with processing and underwriting teams to resolve questions and gather required information Maintain organized, accurate, and compliant loan files Who we are looking for: Fluent in Spanish and professional English Sharp, analytical thinker who is comfortable working with numbers Highly organized with strong attention to detail Clear and professional communicator Reliable, accountable, and dependable Positive team player with a solution-oriented mindset Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple tasks Coachable and motivated to grow professionally and financially Someone who wants a long-term career in the mortgage industry

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of mortgage industry experience required. Knowledge of loan files, borrower documentation, and the mortgage process Experience reviewing credit and calculating income preferred Comfortable working with financial documents, lending guidelines, and digital documentation tools Full-time, in-office availability Strong work ethic and commitment Available for occasional Saturday calls when needed

Compensation:

$40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
