Summary:
Responsible for performing quality inspections of consumer and mortgage loan files to ensure compliance with established guidelines. Reviews files to ensure that all loan documentation is present, accurate, and complete. Performs a post close review of mortgage loan files. Responsible for preparing daily and monthly activity reports for management. Education and/or
Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required Minimum two years lending experience required Computer skills required
Job Responsibilities:
Performs a quality inspection of consumer and mortgage loan files to ensure compliance with established guidelines Reviews files to ensure that all loan applications and supporting documents are present, accurate, and complete Records all mistakes or omissions; verifies all pertinent information in DNA; notifies appropriate staff members of errors or omissions noted Ensures that all mortgage loan files are received and sent to be scanned and stored Compiles a monthly report reflecting the number of loans reviewed by branch or mortgage closer detailing all errors or omissions. Distributes monthly reports to appropriate credit union staff Performs a post close review of mortgage loans by processing a reverification of the income, employment and asset information, a re-verification of the credit history, a verification of the SSN and a re-verification of appraisal Submits post close review file to underwriting for re-analysis. Ensures post close reviews are completed within required time frames Perform other duties as needed upon request from immediate supervisor Benefits of Joining the

This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law. All candidates will be subject to a background check, credit check, and drug test to determine employment eligibility.
