About Us Summit Funding Group, Inc., a subsidiary of First Financial Bank, is a nationally recognized leader in the equipment leasing industry. Headquartered in Mason, Ohio, we pride ourselves on delivering creative, flexible financing solutions across a wide range of industries. As we continue to grow, we're looking for talented individuals to join our dynamic and collaborative team. Position Overview The Funding Manager is responsible for preparing and processing documentation for debt placement, vendor finance, and equity deals, while supporting lenders and internal partners. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple transactions and update records accurately, even in the manager's absence. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial calculations. The Funding Manager will play a key role in ensuring efficient operations and successful project completion. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. Process and provide all documentation required for Lenders to complete Debt Placement Strong understanding of Non-recourse Ability to process UCC assignments for Lenders and Summit Track UCC filings and provide information to Lenders Ability to prepare Funding Documents, Sale Documents and provide to Accounting Process all documentation required for Vendor Finance Pools Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external partners Ability to update spreadsheets when manager is unavailable Ability to review and close Equity deals Ability to prioritize individual workload Complete special projects as required by the
Management Team Qualifications:
0-1 years of leasing, mortgage industry, or commercial loan experience Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills Detail oriented Strong Customer-service skills Team player who can also work independently The ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe PDF Understanding of financial calculationsJob Type:
