Job Summary:
Job Summary / Purpose We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Processing Support Specialist to join our Order Outs team in the Portland metro area. In this full-time, in-office role, you will support our mortgage/loan processing team by ordering and managing third-party documents (such as tax transcripts, credit reports, verifications, appraisals, title reports, and other supporting documentation). This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment with a focus on accuracy and timelines. This position is based in our Portland metro office (not remote or hybrid). We offer competitive pay, full benefits, and a stable, team-oriented workplace. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Order third-party documents and reports required for loan processing, including tax transcripts, credit reports, employment/income verifications, HOA documents, and other supporting materials. Track and follow up on outstanding orders to ensure timely receipt and resolution of any issues. Review incoming documents for completeness and accuracy; escalate discrepancies as needed. Maintain organized records and update loan files/systems with status updates. Communicate effectively with internal teams, borrowers, and third-party vendors to gather or clarify information. Provide general administrative support to the processing team as assigned. Meet daily/weekly production and quality standards in a high-volume environment. Required Qualifications At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, clerical, or processing support role (mortgage, banking, title/escrow, or loan processing experience is a strong plus). Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry and document handling. Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfortable learning new software systems. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Reliable transportation and ability to work full-time on-site in the Portland metro area. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with mortgage loan processing workflows or ordering third-party services. Experience with loan origination systems or document management tools. High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant certification a plus.
Schedule and Compensation Full-time:
40 hours per week, standard business hours (Monday'Friday).
Pay:
Competitive hourly rate in the $23'$28 range (depending on experience). Exact rate discussed during interview.
