Job Description
Overview The Credit Application Processor answers incoming phone calls and addresses credit concerns from stores and customers. The incumbent handles the data entry of new applications approvals job sheets and changes to customer information. Other responsibilities include tracking and maintaining all credit documents processing within the department and filing preliminary lien notices as required by state.
Specific Functions:
Answers phones and addresses credit issues and concerns Tracks and maintains all credit documents Prepares preliminary lien notices Processes incoming mail Pulls credit files for review Data entry of new accounts job sheets and changes to existing accounts Corresponds with stores on job sheet status Clerical duties Qualifications Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions short correspondence and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information to others one-on-one. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form; deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training.Qualifications:
