This role is responsible for reviewing, preparing, and delivering loan disclosures throughout the lifecycle of a loan, ensuring all regulatory timelines and service level expectations are met. Analysts will manage a fast-paced workflow, handling multiple transactions daily with a strong focus on accuracy, time management, and process execution. This is an onsite role within a structured team environment, offering strong training, clear career progression, and long-term growth opportunities for individuals who thrive in high-volume, deadline-driven settings.
Job Requirements:
Strong attention to detail with the ability to review documents and identify discrepancies in a high-volume environment. Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks across repetitive but shifting workflows. Experience working in fast-paced or high-pressure environments (e.g., operations, administrative, hospitality, or similar). Ability to follow structured processes and meet strict turnaround times and regulatory deadlines. Strong organizational and reliability track record; demonstrated accountability through work or academic experience. Background in mortgage operations, title, or back-office financial services support (preferred, not required).
Pay:
$48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
