Associate Processor - Part Time

•Remote but the employee will be required to come to the office to drop off packages to mail periodically. •

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Processor to join our dynamic team in Maitland, FL. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge in Originations - Processor, ensuring efficient processing of transactions and adherence to compliance standards. This role is critical in supporting our operational goals and enhancing customer satisfaction through accurate and timely processing.

Responsibilities:

Process and understand the processing documents for re-verification. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless processing and resolution of issues. Review and print the documents to ship to the appropriate 3rd party for verification to be done. Review documentation to verify completeness and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong knowledge of Originations - Processor. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in data entry and management with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with compliance regulations and industry standards. Experience with processing software and tools. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated understanding of processing workflows and transaction management. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
