Yes About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Closing Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will support real estate transactions from title clearance through loan disbursement, ensuring a smooth and efficient closing experience for all parties involved. This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and takes pride in accuracy and communication. Key Responsibilities Process closing files upon receipt, ensuring all requirements are met Complete and update closing tasks across multiple systems of record Verify documentation and data for accuracy and compliance Assist in scheduling closing dates and times Review Closing Disclosures and HUD Settlement Statements Prepare and send closing packages to closing agents Coordinate and communicate daily with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, title companies, and closing agents Facilitate smooth transaction flow from title clearance to loan disbursement Perform additional duties as assigned What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously Experience with real estate closings, title, or mortgage processes preferred Comfortable working within multiple systems and tools Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment Why Join Us? 100% remote work environment Competitive hourly pay Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to work with a collaborative and supportive team Apply Today! Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Louisville, KY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.62/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
