RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborates with Commercial Lending team to facilitate the request for preparation of loan documents from operations
Gather and obtain required documentation for commercial loans
Performs administrative due diligence in the commercial loan origination process (including lien searches, name verifications, etc.)
Research and resolve loan issues promptly and professionally. This requires a detailed knowledge and adherence to commercial loan procedures and policies
Ensure loans are accurately tracked on bank systems by thoroughly understanding system coding
Collaborate with third parties (title company, Insurance agency, etc.) to ensure requirements of loan closing are met
Perform/Request maintenance for commercial loans when requested
Manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment, utilizing organizational and time management skills
Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards

SCHEDULE
Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. This position is hourly and full time. A minimum 37.5 hours is required to maintain eligibility for full-time status. A flexible work arrangement is available for this position after training. May have the option of working from home two days a week. Please speak to the hiring manager for more information.
