About the Position We are looking for someone with prior title processing experience who can step into the role with minimal training. Experience using Qualia is an absolute requirement. Our team works exclusively in Qualia, so applicants must already be comfortable navigating the system and using it throughout the title and closing process.

Responsibilities include:

Processing residential real estate transactions from opening through closing Reviewing title commitments, lien searches, and related title documents Clearing title requirements and obtaining necessary documentation Communicating with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and other parties Ordering and tracking payoffs, HOA/estoppel information, surveys, and other closing items Preparing files for closing and ensuring all requirements are completed Maintaining accurate notes, documents, and tasks within Qualia Managing multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment If you have title processing experience and are already proficient in Qualia, we'd love to hear from you.
