Duration:

12 months Key Responsibilities Manage a high-volume processing pipeline of legal and loan documents. Review legal orders and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness. Research customer information to ensure proper documentation. Apply relevant state-specific regulatory requirements during processing. Make outbound calls to gather missing information and resolve issues. Prioritize cases and work efficiently to meet strict turnaround and accuracy standards. Support the team's efforts in processing legal garnishment orders and subsequent transactions. Participate in a structured training program and complete a significant ramp-up period for full productivity. Required Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of legal experience, broadly interpreted to include reviewing mortgage or loan documentation. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent pipeline and queue management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work efficiently under deadlines. Proactive work habits and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Comfort making outbound calls and obtaining missing information when necessary.
