About Us:
GFunding Inc. is a fast-paced, high-volume mortgage and commercial brokerage located in the heart of the DTLA Fashion District. We are firing on all cylinders and funding a massive volume of Residential, Commercial, and SBA loans . We don't slow down, and we are looking for a sharp, aggressive, and highly organized Loan Processor to manage our growing pipeline.
The Role:
We need an in-person processor who can multi-task, think on their feet, and talk to lenders, underwriters, and clients all day. You will be responsible for taking files from submission straight to funding across multiple asset classes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process a high-volume pipeline of Residential, Commercial, and SBA loan files. Review borrower financial documents (tax returns, bank statements, asset documentation, LOEs). Clear underwriting conditions and coordinate directly with lenders, escrow, title, and appraisers. Maintain aggressive and clear communication with clients and partners via phone and email daily. Keep all files perfectly organized and updated within our loan origination system.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of loan processing experience (experience handling both residential and commercial/SBA files is a huge plus).
Software:
Experience with Zenly (or similar platforms like Calyx Point/Encompass) is highly preferred.
Hustle:
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment without letting things drop through the cracks.
Tools:
Must be comfortable using your cell phone for high-volume daily outreach to clients and lenders.
Traits:
Sharp, organized, details-oriented, and a problem-solver who knows how to get a deal unstuck.
Compensation & Perks:
Competitive base hourly rate (commensurate with experience). Uncapped commission/per-file bonus structure unlocked once you prove your capabilities. Hybrid schedule flexibility (Work from our DTLA office Mon-Thu, work from home on Fridays). Close-knit, high-energy working environment.

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
