We make fix-and-flip, bridge, DSCR rental, and construction loans. All of our loans are business-purpose, on non-owner-occupied property. That means no TRID, no consumer disclosures, and no 45-day timelines. Our files move on investor timelines, typically closing in about 10 days. We're a growing team and our pipeline has outgrown our bandwidth. We need someone who owns the file from application to funding and keeps deals moving. What you'll do Manage an active pipeline of loans from application through closing and post-close Order and track appraisals, title, insurance, and third-party reports; chase borrowers for documents Clear underwriting conditions and keep borrowers, closing attorneys, and funding partners updated daily Coordinate closing dates, closing packages, and funding with attorneys and capital partners Handle post-close work: recorded documents, final title policies, and file delivery Keep the CRM and loan system current so everyone knows where every deal stands What we're looking for 2+ years as a loan processor, closer, or loan coordinator. Private lending, hard money, commercial, or construction lending is a strong plus. Comfortable running 10+ files at once on short timelines without dropping details Clear, fast communicator by phone and email Organized and self-directed: you see what's missing and go get it Familiarity with title, appraisals, and LLC borrower documents is helpful Pay $52,000-$62,000 base, plus a bonus for every funded loan.
