• Overview
• We are seeking a detail-oriented
• Mortgage Loan Processor
• to join a dynamic lending team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role will support the end-to-end loan process, working closely with members and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate loan completion.
• Key Responsibilities
• Manage a pipeline of
• 20-30 loans simultaneously
• using a round-robin assignment system
• Take ownership of loans after initial opening, driving them through full processing
• Review loan files for completeness and accuracy
• Communicate directly with members to request and collect required documentation
• Coordinate with underwriting to submit and review findings
• Ensure files move efficiently through processing milestones to
• clear-to-close
• Reopen files when additional documentation or clarification is needed
• Required Qualifications
• 1+ year of mortgage processing experience
• (home equity experience is acceptable as a starting point)
• Experience working in a
• bank, credit union, or financial services environment
• Familiarity with
• FNMA (Fannie Mae) guidelines
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple loans at once
• Excellent
• time management and customer service skills
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in
• home equity loan processing
• Background as a
• Loan Officer Assistant
• or in underwriting support
• Experience working with
• DU (Desktop Underwriter) findings
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• skills are a plus

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
