8:30am - 5:30pmREPORTS TO
Mortgage Lending VP The Mortgage Loan Processor will work alongside VP, Mortgage Loan Officers, and Credit Analysts to streamline the mortgage loan process and ensure a smooth mortgage loan transaction for Benchmark Bank customers.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review file for missing documentation per processing checklist
- Order appraisal, flood certificate, title commitment, verifications, and payoff statements
- Upload loan documentation into Encompass
- Daily monitoring of loan documentation for all loans in pipeline to ensure scheduled closing date is met
- Daily communication with Mortgage Loan Officer regarding missing documentation
- Regular communication with borrowers regarding necessary documentation and file status
- Coordinate with Credit Analyst for preparation of Loan Memorandum for Loan Committee approval
- Upload loan information from Encompass processing system to Director documentation system
- Prepare file for submission to underwriter
- Prepare file for closer/funder
- Assist in post-closing loan review and HMDA compliance review
ENTRY LEVEL SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or 2 years of related experience
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Represent the bank in a courteous and professional manner
Pay:
