Mortgage Loan Processor TEKsystems $22.00 - $26.00 / hr life insurance, sick time, 401(k), retirement plan United States, Wisconsin, Milwaukee May 12, 2026 Mortgage Loan Processor (Intermediate Level) Job Description We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to manage a high-volume pipeline in a structured, team-based environment. This role involves handling

• 20-30 active loans at a time
• using a
• round-robin assignment system
• and working directly with members to ensure loans move efficiently from assignment through closing.

Once loans are assigned, an opener initiates the file and the processor assumes ownership of the loan. The processor will review documentation, request any missing items, and guide the file through underwriting and closing. Files may move between underwriting, processing, and reopened status as additional documentation is needed. Key Responsibilities

• Manage
• 20-30 mortgage loans simultaneously
• Review loan files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with FNMA (Fannie Mae) guidelines
• Request, track, and follow up on required documentation from members
• Submit completed files to underwriting and address conditions as needed
• Coordinate with underwriting and internal teams to move loans to clear-to-close
• Maintain clear and professional communication with members throughout the loan process
• Reopen files when additional documents or updates are required
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Mortgage loan processing experience
• Strong knowledge of
• FNMA (Fannie Mae)
• guidelines
• Familiarity with underwriting processes and documentation requirements
• Ability to manage multiple loans in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• preferred Soft Skills
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
• Efficient and detail-oriented

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
