Full Job Description Processor:

Vesta Settlements is seeking a Real Estate Settlement Processor possessing extreme attention to detail, the ability to handle, and jump between, multiple files and tasks throughout the day, polished communication skills, and attentive customer service. Duties include, but are not limited to, preparation of closing disclosures and/or settlement statements, balancing closing files, interaction with all stakeholders in a real estate transaction, answering client/customer questions, coordination with lenders and overall file responsibility. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and committed with a minimum of three years processing experience handling Virginia and Maryland real estate transactions.
