REO Closing Coordinator

Join a growing team at SingleSource! We're looking for a detail-oriented REO Closing Coordinator to support our REO Asset Department. In this role, you'll play a key part in managing loan closings and ensuring smooth communication between borrowers, lenders, and closing agents. If you're organized, experienced in mortgage or title closings, and passionate about customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Review titles, liens, mortgages, legal descriptions, and foreclosure documents to ensure clear and insurable title. Identify and resolve title issues, encumbrances, and curative requirements. Coordinate the closing process with buyers, sellers, agents, attorneys, lenders, and title companies, communicating with all parties on any information during the title and closing process. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and closing records. Support the Settlement team from CD prep through recording.

What we are looking for:

2+ years of experience in loan closing, mortgage operations, or title processing with a strong understanding of foreclosure processes, title commitments, and curative work. Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, and a customer first mindset. $48,227.80 - $58,080.79 per year
