Pay Range:
$20.50 - $32.12 Salary range updated 2/26/2026. Actual compensation within the pay range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
Location:
Lincoln, RI Purpose/Objective :
Responsible for the review and processing of all Consumer Loan applications Organize and prepare loan packages to be submitted to the consumer loan underwriter for approval. Ensure timely closing of all loans by meeting department closing goal Principal Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for preparing and sending the required loan disclosures, within 3 business days to borrowers (including but not limited to TIL, GFE, and state specific disclosures) Re-disclose applications timely, when applicable Review submitted documentation to ensure compliance with bank requirements Follow up and review routine documentation requirements with branch staff, vendors, title and insurance agents Enter clear and concise comments, edit information and document application status on appropriate loan systems Communicate professionally with internal and external customers regarding loan status, missing information, explanation of required documentation and/or closing information. Apply bank, state and federal regulations to ensure compliance (fair lending, reg b, etc) Coordinate closings with branch staff and prepare closing packages. Meet department closing and turntime goals Job Specifications (Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required) 3+ years of processing experience Detail oriented, able to meet required deadlines Ability to work in a fast paced environment Strong problem solving skills Strong communication and customer service skills Thorough understanding of processing and compliance requirements Behavioral Skills Consistently demonstrate behaviors associated with Beacon Bank's Core Four values: adaptability, accountability, leadership, and teamwork.
