In this role, you will provide assistance and support to the loan administration processors and to the lending staff regarding clerical assistance such as provide & process payoffs, preparation of release of liens, pull credit reports, OFAC's and flood determinations, and other duties assigned. Responsibilities Provide assistance and support to the loan administration processors and to the lending staff. Provide & process payoffs, preparation of release of liens, records legal documentation with e-filing system, pull credit reports, OFAC's and flood determination. Scan executed loan packages to Bank's Imaging Systems to Bank's Core System. Provide customer service, timely turnaround time with requests from lenders, attorneys, title companies and staff. Training provided to communicate policies and legal regulations regarding loan documentation. Maintains current knowledge and complies with all federal and state laws and regulations and all established Bank policies and procedures, including internal audit controls related to department operations. Maintains current knowledge of all rules, regulations, and laws as they apply to
BSA/OFAC/USA
Patriot Act/CIP/AML. Other tasks and duties assigned. Qualifications Self-driven team member, a High School Diploma or GED and minimum of one to three years prior experience in real estate lending operations. Clear understanding of collateral requirements and real estate documentation, policies, and regulatory requirements. Microsoft, Word, Excel Spreadsheet. Flexibility, professionalism, ability to work and perform a variety of tasks. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Good organizational skills, interpersonal and communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is desired. Training Requirements All employees are required to complete online regulatory compliance training courses applicable to their specific job function. Ensure that actions fully comply with all federal banking laws and regulations, including internal bank policies and procedures.
