Are you the person who catches the little details others might miss? Do you enjoy staying organized, following up on loose ends, and making sure paperwork gets where it needs to go? Gravity Lending is looking for a Title Administration Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll play an important part in keeping the title process moving from start to finish. You'll communicate with customers, DMVs, lenders, and lienholders while managing documentation, resolving issues, and ensuring files are processed accurately and efficiently. What You'll Do Communicate with DMVs, lenders, lienholders, customers, and other industry partners by phone and email Collect, review, and follow up on required title documentation Prepare and mail documents to customers, lenders, lienholders, and other parties Review completed files for accuracy and completeness Scan, organize, and electronically file documents Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures Communicate professionally and provide timely follow-up to keep files moving Assist other areas of the department as needed Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned What Makes You a Great Fit We're looking for someone who brings accuracy, accountability, and a can-do attitude to the team.
