Job Description:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The statements on this job description are intended to describe the general nature of level of work being performed by incumbents. They are not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required by all incumbents. Process loan proceeds according to the funding instructions and make the appropriate general ledger account entries for fees collected Boards new loans, renewals, and process modifications onto the bank's core banking platform Audits system maintenance journals to ensure data accuracy Prepares daily, monthly, and quarterly loan reconciliations across multiple general ledgers Coordinates the timely and proper posting to the loan account Creates interest calculations as necessary and reconciles against the bank's core system Maintains accurate and complete records of original loan documentation Delivers accurate and timely loan payoff requests Prepares loan portfolio reports used in various management meetings Assists lending personnel with customer requests relating to loan history activity Other duties as assigned ​ SKILLS Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple on-going assignments Possess very strong technical/computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE
High School Diploma or GED required
