Legal Operations Specialist FNBT - First National Bank Texas - 3.4 Killeen, TX Job Details 2 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Customer communication Writing skills High school diploma or GED Handling customer service requests Productivity software Full Job Description Accurate handling of customer Bank Account Verification requests, deceased customer claims, customer requests for POD beneficiary information, and incoming department mail Review legal documentation provided and reference any relevant laws and regulations to ensure requests and orders are processed in accordance with Bank and legal requirements Conduct any necessary research and processes account holds and releases, payments, invoices, and processing fees as appropriate Complete assigned tasks with little to no errors and handle a large volume of legal documents in an appropriate amount of time. Complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner to ensure compliance with state, federal, and banking regulations. Other tasks as assigned
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery Ability to lift up to 25 pounds FNBT is an equal opportunity employer.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent At least 18 years of age Working knowledge of Microsoft office and general office equipment Able to communicate in a professional manner verbally and in writing with internal & external customers as well as teammates & management Able to work independently to meet deadlines but remain flexible as assigned job duties may change based on business need Well-organized, with sharp attention to detail

Work with frequent interruptions; emotional control under stress Strong customer service skills (both internal & external customers) Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
