Prepares, organizes and verifies the documents and reports required for a loan application. Monitors the loan application and approval process and may assist customers with loan payments. May specialize in mortgage, business or other types of loans.

POSITION PURPOSE
Performs all daily functions associated with the review and verification of required Core system input for Commercial, Commercial Real Estate, Consumer and Commercial Construction loans. To ensure the data system is accurate for Bank reporting requirements and insure accurate notification to customers per documented terms.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
Verify accuracy of data input for loan account creation to loan documentation. Verify accuracy of system maintenance to source documentation. Verify accuracy of system generated notices affecting rate and payment. Assist other associates when necessary. Respond to inquiries from other departments Reviews and interprets loan documentation and approvals to ensure the bank has accurately boarded the loan to Precision, ensuring proper bank reporting. Collects and logs errors and validates proper corrections when errors are identified. Completes imaging of required documentation. Assists with completion of monthly metrics reporting Communicates effectively with all On Boarding staff. Provides excellent customer service. Maintains a thorough knowledge and understanding of Prosperity policies, procedures, guidelines, and philosophies. Understands and applies Compliance requirements as they apply to Commercial loan system input. Completes annual compliance testing/training/certification on time. QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Certification:
High School diploma, GED or equivalent. Associate degree preferred.
Required Knowledge:
Banking experience preferred; general loan operations experience preferred
