  • At least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2+ years' experience with reviewing Real Estate and Commercial loan documentation.
  • Must be detail oriented, analytical, and organized
  • Good communication skills
  • Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
  • Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment Job Description
  • Conduct pre-funding review of loan documentation for consumer, commercial and real estate loans
  • Perform TRID reviews of Loan Estimate forms and Closing Disclosure Forms
  • Create, review, and maintain consumer and commercial loan files
  • Prepare documents for retention and storage
  • Assist with Exception Reporting
  • Post-closing QC of Consumer and Commercial loans
  • Establish and maintain RM information for new customers
  • Verify proper forms are accounted for and signed
  • Make decisions on routine issues in accordance with the Loan Operations Internal Guidelines and assigned approval limits
  • Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
  • Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a standing stationary position for extended periods of time
  • Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
