Job Description
Hench's Loan Processor Loan Processing Experience is Preffered Serious Applicates Only Pay starts at $15 an hour + Closing Bonuses & Ins. Bonuses which can put pay @ $30 an hour Hench's is a family owned and operated Manufactured Home Dealership with locations in Sherman,Tx, Dension,Tx, Calera,Ok. and Kingston, OK. We have been in business for43 years and are a top Dealer in the Texas & Oklahoma. Hench's is looking for a team player that is super orgazined that can help assist the Sales Department with processing & closing loans.

Key Responsibilites:
Pipeline Management:
Package and submit customer loan applications to fiance companies quickly and accurately.Proactive Follow-up:
Maintain relentless daily communication with lenders to clear stipulations and push deals to approval.Sales Collaboration:
Partner closely with the sales team to gather missing customer documentation and provide real-time updates on deal status.Loan Closings:
Schedule, prepare, and conduct final closing meetings, ensuring all legal and financial documents are properly signed and executed.Qualifications:
- Exeptional time management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
- Strict organizational habits to manage multiiple fines simultaneously without losing details.
- Strong communications skills for Professional colaboration with lenders & sales staff.
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelors' degree iPreferred
- Notary public license is a plus ( or willingness to obtain one for closings.
