Here, the possibilities are endless - come for a job, stay for a career. The ideal candidate for the Loan Application Processor position will have the skills and experience necessary to:
  • Ensure loan applications and supporting documentation are accurate and that the package is complete for loan application requests.
  • Prepare loan packages for underwriting.
  • Enter applications into the Loan Origination System, follows up with appropriate personnel for missing information on incomplete loan packages, and takes action on loan packages.
  • Complete tasks to confirm loan packages meet decision channel methodology requirements, resolves non credit related application and credit bureau issues, and directs loan packages to the appropriate underwriting channel.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Requires High School diploma or equivalent and some banking or loan or directly related experience.
  • Limited use and/or application of basic principles, theories, and concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of loan processing and loan systems.
  • Must be accurate, detail oriented and have ability to multi-task.
  • Must have good 10 key, data entry, pc and customer service skills.
