Job Description
The Operations Support Representative is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing incoming payments, including checks, wires and ACH. This role ensures compliance with internal controls, and banking regulations, while minimizing risk and ensuring timely settlement of transactions. In the role Process and verify daily check deposits, stop payments, and check returns Handle payment files, batch processing, and transaction reconciliation Monitor and process ACH debits/credits and wire transfers in accordance with cut-off times Research and resolving payment discrepancies, rejects, and exceptions Collaborate with internal departments (Accounting, Dealer Receivables) to resolve issues Assist with system upgrades, process improvements, and automation initiatives Payment reversals and reapplications Accounts Payable Checks Lockbox Access Assistance with
Mail Processing Requirements:
Working knowledge of payment systems (ACH, wire transfer platforms, lockbox systems) High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy under deadline pressure Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial transaction platforms Good communication and problem-solving skills Basic math and data entry skillsLocation:
