Fairfax, VA We are a Title Company that is looking for a talented and dedicated professionals to join our growing team in providing our clients with exceptional service.

Summary:

We have an immediate opening for a (Contractor) Title Settlement Processor, working in our lovely and convenient Fairfax, Virginia office. This position is responsible for contract and title order intake by setting up in Qualia, requesting documents, and serving as initial point of contact for internal staff, individual clients, agents, and lenders. Send welcome letters. Request title search, payoff statements, and HOA documents. Open files in Qualia and communicate file status and updates to the processor when initial duties have been completed and the file is ready for further settlement processing. Contact clients to coordinate scheduling of signing appointments. You must be able to process for Maryland, Washington DC and Virginia also it is required to know how to clear title for all three states. No on the job training is provided. The processor will record all files and ensure all checks are ready for disbursements. The right person will excel at juggling multiple tasks, possess great communications, be organized and detail-oriented, and be a strong team player with a positive attitude.

Education and Experience Required:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of Five years title experience required.
• Proficiency in using computer, including Microsoft Outlook and Word.
• Proficient in Qualia title software is a requirement!
• Notary Public or ability to obtain.
• Bilingual is a plus
