This position supports the Home Lending QA Department by preparing, reviewing, and delivering required loan disclosures in compliance with federal, state, investor, and company requirements. This role works closely with Loan Officers, Processors, Underwriters, and Encompass teams to ensure timely and accurate disclosure of mortgage loan documents throughout the loan lifecycle.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following: Prepare and issue initial and revised mortgage loan disclosures within regulatory timelines. Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy prior to disclosure. Monitor disclosure pipelines and ensure loans meet required service level agreements (SLAs). Verify data integrity between loan applications and disclosure documents. Communicate with Loan Officers, Processors, and Operations teams regarding disclosure requirements and corrections. Maintain accurate records and documentation within the Loan Origination System (LOS). Research and resolve disclosure-related exceptions and system alerts.
