POSITION SUMMARY
This position supports the Home Lending QA Department by preparing, reviewing, and delivering required loan disclosures in compliance with federal, state, investor, and company requirements. This role works closely with Loan Officers, Processors, Underwriters, and Encompass teams to ensure timely and accurate disclosure of mortgage loan documents throughout the loan lifecycle.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following: Prepare and issue initial and revised mortgage loan disclosures within regulatory timelines. Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy prior to disclosure. Monitor disclosure pipelines and ensure loans meet required service level agreements (SLAs). Verify data integrity between loan applications and disclosure documents. Communicate with Loan Officers, Processors, and Operations teams regarding disclosure requirements and corrections. Maintain accurate records and documentation within the Loan Origination System (LOS). Research and resolve disclosure-related exceptions and system alerts. Support QA Department's various functions as needed. Stay informed of regulatory changes affecting mortgage disclosures

EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of related experience. Prior experience and knowledge of Encompass a plus. Ability to handle multiple priorities in an always-changing environment. Ability to communicate across all departments within the organization. Strong analytic skills, attention to detail, and ability to work within time constraints. Excellent level of oral and written communication skills. Intermediate level of computer skills and the ability to function in a windows environment utilizing Outlook, Word and Excel.
COMPUTER SKILLS
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office Products and other Database software. Solid word processing and computer database skills with accurate keyboarding at 60+ wpm.

Salary Range:
$23.00 to $29.00 per hour
