Hotel Night Auditor

Compensation:

$16 - $17 hourly

Responsibilities:

Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the property Respond to inquiries, process reservations and check-ins, delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, resolve guest complaints, and other front office duties as required Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service and communication skills are required Overnight shift; requires flexible hours Computer proficiency is required; experience with accounting or reservation software is preferred Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not required Some college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is required About Company Stay with us at our La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fairbanks Airport hotel, ideally located just minutes from Fairbanks International Airport (FAI).
