Job Description

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Agent to be a part of our hotel's hospitality team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest relations and providing top-notch customer service.
Duties:
  • Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival with professionalism and courtesy
  • Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Respond to guest inquiries, offering detailed information about hotel amenities and services
  • Assist guests with reservations, including booking accommodations and activities
  • Manage incoming phone calls, taking reservations and addressing guest queries
  • Process payments accurately and maintain guest accounts with attention to detail
  • Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively
  • Collaborate closely with other team members to guarantee overall guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Strong customer service focus with a passion for delivering outstanding service
  • Proficiency in utilizing front desk phone systems and hotel management software
  • Ability to multitask efficiently, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure
  • Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for assisting international guests
  • Previous experience in front desk operations or hospitality management is preferred
