Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight hours, ensuring a positive experience. Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, verifying billing accuracy and updating financial records efficiently. Manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and internal communications with excellent phone etiquette. Monitor security cameras and perform safety checks around the property to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile daily cash and credit transactions accurately. Address guest concerns promptly, providing exceptional customer service to resolve issues and enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight facility needs or issues that arise. Skills Strong background in hospitality management, hotel operations, or front desk experience within a resort or hotel environment. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued for effective communication with diverse guests. Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems. Knowledge of night audit procedures, guest services, and hotel management software is preferred. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail and operational accuracy.
