Duties Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions using PEP to ensure accuracy and completeness. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while providing friendly assistance and resolving any issues promptly. Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems, offering exceptional customer service with professionalism and warmth. Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks to uphold hotel emergency procedures and guest safety protocols. Prepare detailed shift reports, including financial summaries, incident logs, and maintenance requests to ensure smooth handovers. Respond to guest requests and complaints with problem-solving skills, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address any overnight operational needs or emergencies. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem resolution. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to respond confidently during incidents. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for handling client interactions professionally across multi-line phone systems. Previous night audit experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
