Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations. In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift, providing exceptional guest services, managing front desk operations, and maintaining the integrity of our property management systems. Your proactive attitude and multilingual skills will help create a welcoming environment for guests from diverse backgrounds, ensuring their stay is comfortable, safe, and memorable. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management expertise while supporting our guests during nighttime hours. Duties Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions using PEP to ensure accuracy and completeness. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while providing friendly assistance and resolving any issues promptly. Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems, offering exceptional customer service with professionalism and warmth. Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks to uphold hotel emergency procedures and guest safety protocols. Prepare detailed shift reports, including financial summaries, incident logs, and maintenance requests to ensure smooth handovers. Respond to guest requests and complaints with problem-solving skills, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address any overnight operational needs or emergencies. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem resolution. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to respond confidently during incidents. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for handling client interactions professionally across multi-line phone systems. Previous night audit experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail.
