Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure smooth overnight operations at our vibrant hotel. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving after hours, managing front desk activities, guest services, and financial reconciliations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your proactive approach will help create a welcoming environment that leaves a lasting positive impression on our guests while maintaining the integrity of our nightly procedures. This position offers an exciting opportunity to blend hospitality management skills with guest relations expertise in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting. Responsibilities Oversee overnight front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs for late arrivals and early departures Manage multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, addressing guest inquiries and internal communications efficiently Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations data while preparing detailed reports for management Provide exceptional guest services by resolving issues promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety inspections, and controlling access to the property during overnight hours Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation records, processing payments, and handling guest requests with professionalism Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any guest concerns or facility issues promptly Experience Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles is highly desirable Strong background in front desk operations, guest services, or night audit functions within a resort or hotel environment Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency are considered a significant advantage for communicating with diverse guests Excellent customer service skills coupled with effective phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems Familiarity with hotel experience systems, reservation software, and basic financial reconciliation procedures Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations diplomatically while maintaining security protocols during overnight shifts Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
