Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient front desk service during overnight hours Manage guest check-in and check-out processes accurately using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude to ensure guest satisfaction Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including billing, reservations, and account adjustments to ensure accuracy Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety checks, and controlling access to the property during the night shift Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure smooth handovers between shifts Assist with administrative tasks such as phone etiquette management and updating guest records in compliance with hotel policies Experience Prior experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with a passion for guest relations and hospitality excellence Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is advantageous Knowledge of night audit procedures, hotel operations, and guest services best practices is desirable Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and professional demeanor during all interactions Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high standards of hospitality and security Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
