All Children's Academy is a Program under the non-profit, Anchored619 in Allegiance. Join our team for the 2026/2027 school year at All Children's Academy as we continue on a journey of holistic education, integrating faith-based teachings with the wonders of nature. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated educator(s)to lead our nature-based learning program for First Grade.

Responsibilities:

• Implement lessons incorporating nature exploration, outdoor activities, and hands-on learning experiences while aligning with Christian values.
• Foster a love for God's creation through guided outdoor excursions, gardening, and environmental stewardship projects.
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that nurtures each student's spiritual, academic, and personal growth.
• Collaborate with parents to facilitate learning activities and provide ongoing support and resources.
• Integrate biblical teachings and principles into daily lessons and activities, encouraging students to develop a deeper understanding of their faith.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education and Teacher Certification & RISE Certified
• Strong understanding of Christian principles and a commitment to integrating faith into educational practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage students of diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
• Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate the unique learning environment.
