In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift responsibilities, maintain accurate financial records, and provide outstanding guest services during the late hours. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will contribute to the smooth functioning of our hotel while creating a welcoming environment for all guests arriving or departing during the night. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in hotel management, customer service, and problem-solving in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting. Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness using property management systems. Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Handle multi-line phone systems and respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and communication. Monitor security procedures, including CCTV surveillance and physical checks of the property, to maintain safety and security standards. Assist guests with late arrivals or special requests, providing personalized guest services that enhance their stay. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures. Respond effectively to emergency situations following hotel emergency protocols while maintaining guest safety and comfort. Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort or hotel experience. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar hotel management software. Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication in a hospitality environment. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices to ensure safety and satisfaction. Experience working with multi-line phone systems and handling complex guest interactions via phone communication. Previous night audit experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
