Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee overnight front desk operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and deliver exceptional guest services during the night shift. Your proactive approach will help maintain smooth hotel operations while providing a welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while addressing any special requests or issues with professionalism Respond promptly to guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems and in person, delivering exceptional customer service with friendly phone etiquette Monitor security cameras and perform visual inspections of the property to uphold safety protocols and hotel emergency procedures Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation for management review Assist with guest relations by resolving concerns swiftly and courteously, fostering positive guest experiences Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, local attractions, and amenities to provide accurate information to guests Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel environment is highly preferred Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or similar property management systems (PMS) is essential Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve effectively and communicate clearly in multiple languages or bilingually is a plus Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices is desirable Experience working night shifts in resort or hotel settings will be advantageous Ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently while maintaining professional communication standards Join us as a Night Auditor and become an integral part of creating memorable stays for our guests! Pay:
$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
