In this vital role, you will oversee the overnight front desk operations, manage guest accounts, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality management. Your multilingual skills and hotel management expertise will help create a welcoming environment for diverse guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable, secure, and memorable. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the backbone of our 24-hour guest services team, providing exceptional customer service during the overnight hours. Duties Perform nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies efficiently. Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls and providing information as needed. Maintain detailed records of all transactions, reservations, and guest requests to ensure smooth nightly operations. Assist guests with special requests, concierge services, and guest relations to enhance their overall experience. Monitor security protocols within the hotel premises to ensure guest safety and property protection. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight issues promptly. Requirements Proven experience in hotel front desk or night audit positions. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Knowledge of hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems. Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and guest interactions. Previous hotel experience in a Limited Service or similar hospitality environment is advantageous. Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
