AUDITOR, Part-Time Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part-Time Hotel Night Auditor and become the vital link between our guests and exceptional service during overnight hours. Duties Welcome guests during late-night hours with friendly, professional service, handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently Manage front desk operations including multi-line phone systems, reservation updates, and guest inquiries with excellent phone etiquette Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial records while maintaining confidentiality Address guest concerns promptly, providing solutions that enhance their stay and foster positive guest relations Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to support seamless hotel operations Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests or facility issues swiftly Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a passion for guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests Knowledge of hotel management systems, front desk procedures, and night audit processes Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems in a professional setting Ability to remain alert, organized, and proactive during overnight shifts in a resort or hotel environment Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations with professionalism, tact, and enthusiasm Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests while enjoying a vibrant work environment that values your contributions.
