In this vital role, you will oversee the night-time operations of the hotel, maintain accurate financial records, and provide exceptional guest services. Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and financial reports Greet guests arriving or departing during overnight hours with professionalism and warmth Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a friendly and solution-oriented attitude Manage multi-line phone systems to assist guests and coordinate with other departments Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance and performing routine property inspections Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries for management review Support front desk operations by processing reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and payment transactions efficiently Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, preferably in a front desk or night audit role Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and problem resolution Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members Knowledge of hospitality standards, including guest services, security procedures, and hotel policies Previous resort or large hotel experience is a plus for understanding complex operational needs Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences around the clock.
