GSR/Night Auditor

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. This position involves performing nightly audits, managing guest services, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests. Duties Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in all reports. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs during night hours. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Operate phone systems to assist guests with their requests and provide information about hotel services. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked. Collaborate with hotel management to address any discrepancies or operational challenges. Provide multilingual support to guests as needed, enhancing their overall experience at the hotel. Complete all unfinished laundry. Experience Previous experience in night auditing or similar roles within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Familiarity with hotel management software and front desk operations. Proficiency in operating phone systems effectively. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enabling effective communication with diverse guests. A background in hospitality or related fields is advantageous.
